Someone who became interested in disinformation after observing disinformation relating to the Maidan uprising in 2014. Now more concerned then ever.
Asking how the US legal systems can address disinformation. If the news system of a country with first amendment rights can be overwhelmed by the disinformation from a country without, then the optimal sustainable rights would be those that enable protection from disinformation attacks.
